Everytime i watch your video, i smile.Words cant describes how much your videos have help me to appreciate my rural life. I literally used to hide where I live from people, now I can't wait to film it and share it with the world Your videos changed my perspective about life. For so long I portrayed a certain image about myself and felt the need to live up to that image at all times and I have to say ,it was so exhausting.😥 Now All I just want to be is authentically myself.its the most freedom I have ever felt in my life. thank you Kimi 🤗. I made a variation of the braised mackerel (using tinned saury) and it was delicious. Thanks for the inspiration! I also drank the extra rice water and it was cool and refreshing.
I love sweet potato greens. In my culture, we eat young stalks, stems, and leaves. I like to sautéed it in miso, sesame oil, and with a squeeze of lime. Sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds is good too! I also love to blanch the greens and dip in a sweet, salty, and spicy soy bean sauce. So yummy!!!!
Kimi... these meals look amazing. I wish I could get sweet potato stems to cook... and that fresh young ginger looks awesome. Loved the rice cake as well. Where's the new generation?
