Zack, thank you for talking about this and the encouragement you give to us all. I have lost 11 family members since 2020, different reasons. And that was after losing my husband, my mom and my brother. It's been hard on me. Currently caring for my sister who has stage 4 breast cancer and my son who has MS. I have Lupus, so it is a difficult struggle every day. Taking care of my mental health is extremely important. Others struggle with worse situations and I always support getting help from a mental health provider. Thank you Zack.❤

I used to live in Barbourville back in the 90s. It’s a beautiful place. My landlord in Barbourville had a farm out in the countryside he would let us visit. Beautiful people down there in Barbourville and beautiful countryside too.
I had to medically retired a few years back and getting back on my feet and adjusting to the lifestyle changes haven’t been easy. For a few years I was wanting to be a market gardener selling at farmers markets but the entry barriers are big. I’ve now decided to only work to grow food and keep the costs of living as low as I can. Been preparing the raised beds and covering them to keep the chickens from kicking all the dirt out of the beds.
God bless you and never give up!

Zach, I’ve been sending for a long time that something wasn’t right. The decline in gardens, your store, the cattle, and all the other animals. In listening to you over the past two years, I could see you were truly down. I thought we’re getting ready to give it all up and begin doing something different. I’m SO glad you are getting counseling. It’s a life saver for many people! I look forward to y’all’s next adventure! ♥️🙏🏼♥️

Zac, you and your family are a blessing and joy to watch. We live in the east Tennessee Appalachian region near Gatlinburg (Jeff Co.) I often think of you when we're out and about and how your family loves this area. I think you and Jenn should be our neighbor. 😊 Jenn could help me when I get Nubian goats in the spring.

I understand I listen to my sister 2 years ago this month . Some days the grief is more than I think I can handle . I also am grieving the loss of the husband I use to have . He is still with me but he has Parkinson’s with dementia. So he is still here but not here . We have been together for49 years and it’s grief for memories he doesn’t remember.

I can identify with you Zach. What you and Jen have gone through in 5 years is A LOT! I had something similar, and thought I was doing good. Fast forward a couple of years and my life began to spiral. You are doing the right thing in talking with a therapist. I hope more people take notice of Betterhelp, it can be a life changer if it is done correctly. God Bless you, Jen, and your precious children!!

Good for you !! Many people are unwilling to move forward because they don't want to let go of the ideas that seem to support their foundation . When I realize a concept that is no longer serving my best interest...I turn it into a feather. When I get enough feathers it turns into wings ... and then I will be able to fly. Nothing is ever lost...just prioritized ... Blessings to you and yours ❣

🙏 🙏 🙏 I understand the loss and how hard it is, especially for me being in my 70s. I lost my mother-in-law in 2013 after caring for her for 8 yrs, lost my momma 2 yrs later after 20 yes of horrific bone disease, she was almost a foot shorter when she passed- she lived with me and my hubby for 35 yrs, then my aunt who was my best friend 4 years later. It was rough, all tge time caring from my hubby wh had 2 different kinds of muscular dystrophy. H spend 25 yrs in an electric wheelchair, robbed of all freedoms. We were together 50 yrs, married 48.
You're not alone and I am so proud of y'all, recognizing y'all were affecting Jen and the kids, not just y'all. Y'all got the help yall so badly needed help. I'll also proud y'all are sharing it with the world. God blessall y'all. Praying, julie

Depression is just plain awful. Had it most of my life but didn’t know it. Just thought it was low self esteem which is a big part of it. This last month I started a carnivore way of eating mostly because I have diabetes and chronic arthritis. Well to my surprise my depression went within 2 weeks. It might help you Zac.

It always comes down to money for me. I really could use help but I don't want to get my hopes up so I haven't even asked. I've heard a lot of good things about this service, so maybe one day I can find out how much it is!
Luckily I have close friends who swear that I'm not being a burden when I need to talk. * I know ...Of course that's what they're going to say. Lol
Zach, I'm so glad that you finally got over that bias that you had. It's just how you were raised but you were strong enough to look past it 😊

Zach I'm sorry you are being through hard times as many ppl are these days but your talk left me with a bitter taste .. you were doing a sale promotion instead of just coming out and saying that things are rough with you or whatever and then maybe slip in a special word about your sponsor. . But definitely not make it about betterhelp as you did. There are many options out there for ppl who want to seek help and I find it would have been more respectful to those going through hard times to encourage seeking help through their local mental health clinics family doctor etc. I am very disappointed that you chose to cash in ( and mentioning a discount for first month of service) on such sensitive health problems.

Sorry it’s been tough for you Zach. We all have those moments. BUT talking to someone who isn’t affiliated with GOD our savior is NOT for me or my family. He is the only one who can FIX EVERYTHING. Often we don’t want to wait which is a shame. I won’t be following you as much anymore because of this. BUT I will add you to prayers. I suggest you pick up the Bible and ask God for help instead of a stranger.
