You should have asked later what did she hear had happened to the sister and why was she suspected, what was the family saying if she has any other family. Why were they suspects and why were the other two released including her husband.
Also do no ask the interviewee questions in regards to Court Procedures not even other learned personell in other professions understand the same fully.
