Don't blame the rain.that is the gift from God for us . blame your self first . because no proper roads and sewage in the smart city.
We can't blame the rain..As this was obviously expected, we should have prepared ourselves.. stopped the work well in advance prior to monsoon.and proper drainage system should have been a priority...that is proper planning and professional work.. causing inconvenience and wasting public funds is becoming a common scenario nowadays..🤦🏽♂️
