It's a sad times for all of us that grew up on Qubo. Qubo was the reason I knew about shows like He Man which my father grew up with. I enjoyed watching shows like Pearlie, Jane and the dragon, Rescue Heroes, and My Friend Rabbit. Those might seem like shows you've never heard before but, for other kids my age this was all we had growing up without cable. Qubo will be remembered in our minds and hearts. Waking up in the morning on weekends I watched Animal Exploration With Jared Miller. Stopped actively watching it after the age of 15 although I would sometimes pop back in.
Didn't grow up on it but loved this channel because they showed a lot of cartoons from my childhood generation. I was born in 1987 and I loved Babar, Paddington Bear, Madeline, Busy World of Richard Scarry, George and Martha, and Inspector Gadget. I do love some of those cartoons you mentioned too like Pearlie and My Friend Rabbit. I also loved Wimbly Pig. I've been watching this channel since 2010 since I discovered Babar on there. So sad. I will miss this channel forever.

The best shows like Jacob two-two, Archies weird mysteries, my friend rabbit, Jane and the dragon, willas wild life, etc began to be taken down after that period and replaced with shit shows. The channel was (sadly) not going anywhere after that, and all the shows were honestly crap and pathetic going forward. It's sad that it got taken down though :( Our childhood is slowly fading away. We will never forget.

I basically had to go and find some other channel that had shows and what not, I ended up findin qubo out of no where while browsing through channels and it was great! Well most of the shows were kinda eh but My friend rabbit, Rupert, Jane and the dragon, Jacob two two and archie were honestly one of the best shows to watch. Rewatching them honestly makes me miss simpler times when all I did was watch cartoons and do homework :'(

The only memory I have of qubo is when my grandma's VHS player stopped working and I wanted to watch something. So she turned on the TV channel (she was broke so she didn't have DirectTV like we did). Qubo started playing. I was so appalled by how cheesy and childish it all was. I was like 7 and I already hated childish things. So I just sat there and watched whatever thing they had playing.
It was a nice little channel to turn to when visiting my grandma since all she had at the time was basic cable. Loved getting to see Babar and Theodore Tugboat. Course my memories of them are a bit hazy but i definitely remember enjoying them.
So, what did you like watching on Qubo as a kid? My favorites were: Turbo Dogs, The Zula Patrol, Shelldon, Miss BG, 3-2-1 Penguins, Jacob Two-Two, Pearlie, Pippi Longstocking, Rupert, My Friend Rabbit, Jane and the Dragon, Pecola, and Sally Bollywood (though I watched it online before they started airing that show, not to mention I lost access to the channel following it).

So basically, the legacy (putting it nicely since it's a super obscure brand that only like a small amount of people know about) of Qubo pretty much it ended with the origin of "Brown Bricks with Mine Crap".
Now we have 24/7 PBS Kids and Smile here. PBS Kids is the only free 24/7 kids channel in New Orleans while both APT/WSRE PBS Kids and Smile are the only two in Mobile and Pensacola.

Back when I used to watch Qubo, I was going through a traumatic period in my life. These shows were nice, small distractions from the bizarre world going on around me. Sad to see it all come to an end when Qubo provided so much for kids who may not have been so fortunate. While I know this wasn't the case for everyone, for the kids who's family couldn't afford cable, these shows made amazing memories. Rest in peace, Qubo. "My melons!!"

RIP this channel. My local affiliate ION broke the SAP audio for many years jus to fix it, then to break it, and then to fix it again. I believe it died with both audio tracks working. Unfortunaly, I was unaware the channel died until I saw a message on the EPG ch# that the channel is no longer available. :/

For the EPG is was This Channel is No Longer Available, or something like that, and on the channel a message with music saying “your tv is working”
