San Diego Zoo Safari Park Tour
We got to jump on the back of the San Diego Zoo Safari Park's Truck for a ride most people don't often get to see. Up and close to wildlife like as close to 5 feet away from the truck! Spoiler Alert: There were no Lions and Hyena's on this tour as if they were, we would be their lunch! But there was Cape Buffalo, Asian Rhinos, Giraffes, and Antelope, and other safari animals. One Rhino actually blocked the road on our truck for 10 minutes. We were at a standstill with her.
The tour is for ages 6 and up, $120 per rider, and 90 minutes long. This was a great adventure with the kids. It's in Escondido San Diego California, away from the San Diego Zoo. It was hot in October there but on the coast it's chilly. Interesting how different the weather can be from the coast to the inlands. One of the must things to do in San Diego with the kids!
