@@reallybigrocketship Here's how I look at it. I would much rather play a mechanical/skillful champ because I know the ceiling on that champ is much higher. Meaning I will learn more and more for 100's/1000's of games on how to be better. Furthermore, it makes me consiously think further ahead in a game sense aspect because I have so much more to worry about. Which will help me develop the line of thinking I need to set myself up to be in the best possible positions. Versus if I just otp'd Nasus, the ONLY thing you're thinking about is farm + splitpush 90% of the game. It's just boring af, and you don't learn the game at all. So if later down the line you feel like playing a different role lets say, you're just starting from the ground again.
I've played both sides of this match up many many times and I always feel like this match up is very alkali favored, especially post six because when alkali isn't in her shroud she can space you with her dashes
how come? aatrox is a drain tank, the more damage he does the more he heals. if he can deal damage that is, he is very easy to kite in teamfights and with duskblade he can die in 2 seconds of cc

all the skill involved in playing the riven vs aatrox matchup: Do you kinda know how to lane? -> Can you do the riven oneshot stunlock combo? -> Congratulations you have won the matchup
With how strong aatrox is right now he can tank the full combo and be full health trough ignite, only reason alois was able to solo kill him is because he got ahead by roaming.
@@3xi1e i shit on riven players in plat, cause they cant do the oneshot combo. Once you get to masters+ and find a competent riven one trick, thats when it does get very hard to beat this champ, duo to the players knowing how to animation cancel all of rivens kit into 2k damage in 1.5 seconds
