there is actually a simple solution for last one. We can see from 3rd term onward (3 cube -1 cube) + (4 cube -2 cube) + (5 cube -3 cube) and so on. Add two terms manually at the end.✌

In the first sum why are we not substituting the value of 20 directly in the eqn of n(n+2) ?? I am not able to get that..
Because it is the Nth term & we need to calculate the sum of these terms.
