add more washing machine, backup toiletries and rooms things as spare ready to be replaced in the warehouse, hire employees ( house keeping) ,more parking lots for both "shop and motel" and more for motel than the room available to have a constant flow and varieties of customers same for the shop ( no problem if need to send them back if room not available) , increase fuel reserve for longer running of the gas station, i know its hard to earn money but it'll do

love the series cant wait for more, but since your big earnings can come from the motel, you should get a house keeper and a front desk person, that way you can stand at the shop and be near the gas and the shop. than if you want to upgraged the rooms you can switch the two workers for the motel to the shop and gas
