Lovely interview- I Saw him many times- 79 Street-he was one of the most charismatic ,talented,and spiritual man I ever met- to be honest, I myself am a reform Jew- and have only sketchy Jewish background- my wife is from Romania- but he always welcomed us without question- it is not always like that esp, that my wife Vali is Gentile- we still miss him- never met anyone like that in my seventy years of life

It's only because this world doesn't allow women to be fully artists, fully Jews, that you have had such difficult experiences. Remember: "the light of the moon will be like the light of the sun".
