That should have been 'the lions are miles away from their normal range'. Their normal habitat would be a set of environmental conditions that could be found throughout much if Africa, and beyond.
@katieabandon There were just rumors going around at the end of series 6- You know when they riot and something happens to Jana- well then there were rumors that the devestation that was going to happen would be that Alice would lose the baby. However, it isnt true (as you will know if you watched it) and that is were the ideas come from. :)
