Andrew Wommack is hilarious you could be a stand-up comedian and I would be on the front row cracking up😂 God knows I'm not just saying this but you are one of the most powerful teachers because of the Insight you have gotten Revelations you can tell when someone spends much time in secret alone with God!,
I always thought that faith moved God, even though it sure didn't seem to move him when I tried to do it. I had it in my brain that confessing and acting on the Word would "make demand" on the power of God and healing, or whatever you were believing for would then come. It sounded right, but definitely didn't work.
Yes it seems to me like this too, yet is also true that many many Times we start confessing before really believing. It s not the act but the faith behind that, and that is the real issue: how to really believe. Faith works through love (Gal 5:6) and this means realtionship, real relationship with God; knowing God is the real main thing and we can do it only through Jesus Christ and What He has done, exactly in the way Andrew is teaching. I pray you can abide and immerse your self in the beauty of the Gospel and see your life really change. God bless you with His love and Peace
As I understand it from the Word that if you are legalistic your not saved. If Christ is made of none effect unto you, when you are justified by your works, how can you be saved while in that condition of being fallen from grace.
Great question, Bobby! We've included a scripture as well as Andrew's commentary below: Galatians 5:4 (KJV) 4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. "What effect is Christ having in your life? If you feel separated from what Christ has done for you, then the cause is probably what Paul was speaking about here. You have turned from grace and are trying to earn God’s favor. That stops God’s power and makes all that Jesus provided of no effect in your life. The antidote is to get back into the grace of God by putting faith in what Jesus did for you and not in what you are doing for Him (Romans 5:1-2). Here are some scriptures that speak of voiding what Christ did, and they are all centered around legalism: Mark 7:13; 1 Corinthians 15:14-17; Romans 9:31-32; Galatians 2:21, 5:2, and 4." - Andrew Wommack's Living Commentary If you'd like to read more of Andrew's notes on this scripture, head to his free Online Bible Commentary on our website here: l.awmi.net/2MPIigz. It seems like the sound is not matching with the recording starting around time 6:30 or so. Just so you know. Not a huge deal, but it is distracting. :)
I have a question 🙂 I love the message of grace but when I enter in it and try to implement it in my life I feel some needs returning in my heart: things like comfort convenience amenity and stuff to improve life. So what is the problem, it’s me that I don t understand the gospel and the message of grace rightly or there are steps of sanctification of the mind that requires time in every case to change? Thanks a lot God bless you Andrew and all his staff
Hello Nero, thank you for reaching out. We want to encourage you that there are no set steps of sanctification and no striving in the love of God. His yoke is easy and His burden is light (Matt. 11:28-30). God's love and grace could simply be defined as His compassion, affection, and sincere care for us.
