The 2019 offensive line was really good, not the 2020 one. And the skill position players were incredibly lacking in both seasons. The fact that Lamar was as effective as he's been with those receivers says a lot about his abilities.

The 2019 offensive line was really good, not the 2020 one. And the skill position players were incredibly lacking in both seasons. The fact that Lamar was as effective as he's been with those receivers says a lot about his abilities.

Notice how they never brought that very game up & the reason is it shatters the narrative of them saying he can’t throw. He didn’t take off & run a single time on that game winning drive but he did throw 4 absolutely beautiful passes once he came outta the locker room. If Trace finished that game instead of Lamar we would’ve missed the playoffs in 2020-2021
