      Hi Saketh!
      I have seen lots of "New Age/Spirituality to Jesus/Christ" testimonies where people usually start getting demonically possessed that start with "awakening the kundeli" through meditation or yoga.
      I almost had a similar experience, so I just feel I should warn a fellow brother in Christ.

    Dear Daaji, as I meditated on removing complexities, I was astounded to find the strain in my shoulder that I had been experiencing for the last 5 days vanish completely. I hadn't focused on it particularly, but since the pain was constant, the moments after it stopped, I noticed it was amazed. Thank you so much for making such a beautiful process accessible to us.     I followed this meditation many many times before. And started to come back today, 2 days before my important exam, hopefully to keep myself calm, cheerful and aways from fears and worries about exam.

      Hello Heartfulness TH-cam team, thank you so much for introducing me to this excellent system. Does this day 2 class remove impurities and bad behaviours that one gained from a trauma from say 20 years ago? Please answer this question asked in earnest.

      @@raphaelaegis8305 As mentioned, ALL undesirable traits start abating when we do the cleaning. Also, as mentioned, please do the cleaning in a general way, without pinpointing traits you would like to remove.... the analogy given was that just as when we vacuum a room, we clean up all the unwanted things in a general way without dwelling on the things being cleaned..... Hope you are benefited by the practice, dear friend...

    I felt like something was slightly pulling my shoulders and lower back. As I imagined the light going through me I had a slight struggle with balance.

    I’ve just recently discovered heartfulness way. I find it very very life changing. Just have one question to the cleaning. When I do cleaning it feels like a black thick smog is coming from my back. My concern is, does it have any effect on my surrounding? This is definitely some bad stuff coming from me. Can I be sure that it does not do any harm to people in my building for example? I would really appreciate not just yes/no answer but some explanation how it works. Thank you!

      No. It will do no harm.. Just imagine them getting vanished.. universe knows where it belongs.. Just let it go..

      Higher spiritual practices only help and NEVER harm anyone....so please don't worry about it. Also, please don't dwell upon what you think you are cleaning..... listen again to Daaji,and go ahead with the cleaning process in a general way. Don't try to see any smoke or vapour.... it's just a supposition.
      The practice REALLY helps if you do it sincerely, and I pray that you are benefited by it.

      There is no good or bad...just impressions. These impressions once removed cause no harm to anyone...they just leave your system and simply dissipate.
      When we take a bath...does our soap get dirty?

    Sorry, I'm having difficulty understanding what I'm supposed to do. Do I just keep thinking that sentence over and over in my head? "All the complexities and impurities are going away from my backside in the form of smoke." I'm obviously missing something because I don't feel any different - could you explain please?

    Sir...am suffering hell life due to Gerd ....acid reflux...i have heavy chest...heart burn ..racing heart ..palpitations 24/7..will this cure me...plz reply Daaji

Hiatus Hernia & severe heart burn..meditation helps to reduce stress.the best thing that helped me was "Box Breathing" at bedtime..Breathe in slow 5 seconds, hold 5secs, breathe out 10 slow seconds(pucker lips as breathing through a straw) pause/hold 5 secs..Repeat 4-6 rounds..Totally healed me of this suffering. Very effective...Look up Dr. Andrew Huderman on TH-cam, he is a Stanford Professor & an advocate of this breathng technique..God bless❤
