This highchair is INCREDIBLE! I wish I had it when my 5 year old son was a baby! I just purchased one Siesta for my twin girls, planning on using my son's old highchair as well. I love this highchair so much I'm ordering another & getting rid of the old highchair I kept of my son's!
I just got this for my 7 month old grandson! It’s wonderful ! Although I admit my hubby nor I could figure out how to push the tray in….didn’t know there was the place under the front of the tray you press lol. Yes we felt dumb once we saw this video and found the answer to our question (hey it is kinda hidden ) 😂. But yes great high chair!!!
Hiw do you adjust the straps? I've tightened the upoer straps all the way and they're still way too loose. Aren't they supposed to be snug like a car seat belt?
It sounds like you have adjusted the straps, a trick that we have learned is to feed the strap through the top hole and feed it back through the bottom hole, this will take up the extra slack. However the straps are not meant to be as tight as a car seat strap. Let me know if you have further questions.
I'm having trouble keeping the chair in the folded upright position. The wheels on the back and the front bar are not level. So the the chair always falls forward.
Please make sure that the rear casters are swiveled "in" towards the front wheels. Also, you will want to make sure that the tray in the upright position and the seat is in the lowest position.

This product doesnt justify it’s high price. 1) after our 8 month daughter was fed it was all messed up. There are many gaps in the seat where food got stuck and to clean it is a headache. Moreover there is no way i can remove the seat. Nothing mentioned anywhere. 2) even if you fold the seat it doesnt stand properly. I have keep it open. 3) The tray cant be properly folder. I have taken it out. Even the hooks at the back is not smooth enough to just place the tray. Dont go by the smooth demo videos. 4) the adjusting of straps are not as smooth as car seat i have. Unhappy with the product
Absolutely none of this is true, other than making a mess! Which is all in feeding techniques! It also helps to place a receiving blanket in the seat before baby. That way, when there are spills, you can easily remove and wash with the laundry. (I’d do that with any high chair). 1). You definitely can remove the seat cover and straps for cleaning, I literally just did it. 2). It stands up superbly, without any support needed, meaning it doesn’t need to lean against a wall, etc. However, all (4) wheels need to be facing straight forward. 3). Tray definitely can be folded. Squeeze the hand button under the tray, while doing so pull tray out just until you see the red dots. While still holding the tray button, push tray up to the folded position. Simple. The one drawback is, the front wheels don’t pivot.

Can the stop and go feature stay in the 'go' position without having to hold the button down?

Can you buy replacement straps?
I bought mines from offer up for $30 and realized it has no seat belt. Other than that its great, i just have to be careful.
No of the reviews I’ve seen talk about tipping back. What happens if the child pushes his or her feet against the table.

Are you able to post a video on which holes you are referring to, it would be helpful to see you demonstrate how to tighten the straps
