Kelli, when I saw that clear plastic tub, I immediately thought it to be a greenhouse for young or small plants. If you ever get a forecast of a chill, pop it right over and they are protected. I love watching you make choices, some I would make differently but still you can't take everything or have every good idea or intention. But just so you know, many are rooting for you to take blankets and sheets to wash and donate to an animal shelter. Even new adoptive pet owners can use them to acclamate, train their new pet. I'm glad you have nice weather even though you and Alex are bundled up. Where do you list the items you are selling?
For the life of me, I cannot understand a thrift store throwing things away let alone Children’s books. If they don’t want them I’m sure there are plenty of small visitors to their store that would feel so special receiving a free book. Good for you for saving that stuff!

Those black headboard would work for fencing in your yard . . . maybe at corners of your deck ? I used a crib side to block my garbage bins and a headboard for the side of the patio for privacy 👍
Thank you for rescuing books! Some libraries accept book donations too and also elementary schools where I live accept donations of kid books as well . Maybe where you live they do too.
Love watching your program. A idea for your next yard sale , since alot of your stuff is on the ground. Have a couple of chairs / folding, for the elderly or overweight. Tell them to take the chairs over to piles for easier picking and choosing. Thats what I (71) ,and a little overweight , would like. And the best time to dive at stores is after they close. You know take the trash out at night. Love the show.

Yas Alex take the foam cubes you could cut them and use them for your chairs! You can also make Pilgrim a foam bed just put them together and wrap them with like fabric!

The small pantrys is a great idea. You never know who is in need. Usually the ones in worse need will not ask/beg....I did not. Do you have plans for another name your price yard sale? I thought that was way cool. II use all kinds of foam to make cemetary flower displays. I am wanting to get some rigid foam pieces for a new living display idea. Google Louis Vitton bedding...who knew...they do. Try some foaming bath cleaner or furniture shampoo and damp cloths to clean the bag.

I use those lighters with the handle, like to light the fireplace.
Also Kelly, if you cut ribbon, run the lighter over the edges son it won't fray.
There is a product called Fray Check that you can apply to stop the fraying ... what is Alex going to do with all of that foam?
