While some of the Hermits are on the Life Server, their bodies on Hermitcraft are sleeping, and when they die/wake up, it all seems like a dream to them. While months, even years have passed on the Life Server, only a few minutes have passed on Hermitcraft.
Some Hermits remember the events, while others pass it off as a dream and forget about it. Some things can trigger these memories again, such as similar interactions between servers.
