For the past couple of weeks after separation with my wife I am having suicidal thoughts and waking up in the middle of the night with terrible panic attacks...heavy depression....this music helps to relieve the inside pain😞🙏
I am sorry for your loss. It is my experience that life provides me with road blocks and detours to help guide me to the path I am meant to travel. I hope you find relief and kindness and know that just because something doesn't work out with someone doesn't mean there is anything wrong with you. That last one hit me hard when someone pointed it out.
I used to be absolutely terrified with deep water and its mysteries of life. But now I have slowly mastered my fears by staring at this remarkable art work with relaxing thought-dwelling deep music, helps me to imagine no matter how alien or nightmarish we can't simply blame what life itself offers. My opinion for example, this feels like the shape of the universe I would like to wake up after my passing, wondering what sort of alien-like dreamworld that would welcome me.
I'm with you along the journey my guy. We just too human to think about the beauty of another life that is much different from our perspective. Therefore fear of the unknown is deeply imbedded into us because of our nature to not aknowledge the alien life form. We were isolated into our own world , trapped in the cage of our own making to throughly see the world as it is.
When I hear this, I feel an incredible kaleidoscope of feelings inside me. It's as if I merge into one with the world, nature and the cosmos. It's beyond words...
To anybody reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind may clarity replace confusion. may peace and calmness fill your life. ❤
