    Hello. It works well here in France. I have seen it in North Africa gardens and again in South Spain. With the climate change I decided to use in in my Fontainebleau forest garden, very dry last year and. It is saving time, money and resources. I use 4.4 litres pot for 2 tomatoes plants. I water once a week at most. But my soil is mulched.

      Just make one instead of wasting money trying to support someone trying to patent a technology thats but used for thousands of years

      The open/vented to the atmosphere and unpressurized buckets are used to supply a very low water supply pressure to the ollas. The buckets are filled with water , then depending on how high the bucket is raised above the olllas in the ground will create the desired water pressure, which is a very low pressure. Ever foot of elevation adds about 0.5 psi of pressure. So, if the bucket was raised 6' then it would supply about 3.0 psi of water pressure. This kind of low pressure is usually measured in "inches of water", especially when measuring less than 1.0 psi .

    Where is the mulch to prevent evaporation?

    • @question3613
      @question3613 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They do a good job of doing that on their own being submerged into the ground, the temperatures are low underneath which stays evaporation

    How could you put a pattern on Olla ? This system has been used centuries ago.
    This is not a new technology. It belongs to everybody.

    No gas station? How about an electric station? Making the EV created lots of emissions. Moreover, the ground was mined for the production of the EVA's!

    You can’t patent a 4000 year old technology bud
