I was in NYC last October and didn’t book a haircut in time before my trip. Next time I come up I will be sure to book an appointment! Your shop has so much character, and you do great work. If you need a gray hair client for a video, let me know!
Your content just keeps getting better and better! My only suggestion would be turning off the water after wetting the clients hair during the shampoo so that we can get the full ASMR of you lathering his hair.
Something so relaxiong about a wash and cut. The only thing its missing it a hot towel shave. WE NEED IT! Question though, I understand why you would wash the hair before a cut, but wouldnt it make sense to wash the hair after a cut?
you wash it first bc you aren’t sure what people put in their hair (product) or where they’ve been (work/gym/just woke up lol). washing it brings the hair to natural baseline. im guessing you’re assuming a wash at the end would get the loose hairs out. but there’s really no need. the barber has cut and styled your hair, wiped you down and brushed you off. a few loose hairs can be tolerated until you get home to go about your normal cleansing routine.
Would love to talk about it in next Q&A. In most cases it is one same barber Dmitry at our flagship location. However most of the interviewed new employees get a chance!
Comparing the video quality from months ago to now is remarkable! Night and day difference. The BEST out here arthur!! 💈💈

This level of ASMR makes me determined to sit in your chair 💺 one day.😊
wash is great way to prepare someone for a day after haircut without itchiness from hair residue

Arthur, I gotta ask. Who cuts YOUR hair?

When do you recommend wash before cut
Hot towel shave next?
