Flexibility with Home Dialysis - Connor’s Story

Home kidney dialysis offered Connor Samuel the opportunity to take care of his health - with assistance from his wife, Jacqueline - and continue teaching at the local high school. The CMS Innovation Center runs pilot programs that promote dialysis from the comfort of home, so that patients can have their treatment on their own schedule, rather than having to spend hours at a dialysis center during time they would normally be at work.
