Masala Tea Sour | The BarTrender Tube

We Indians love our 'chai' all year long & we've found a fix to enjoy it in the summer as well ;)
RECIPE
Vodka infused with masala tea - - 60 ml
Lime juice - - 20 ml
Sugar syrup - - 15 ml
Egg white - - 1 no.
Method: Dry Shake to form froth and then normal shake
Garnish: Orange Zest
Glass: Tea Cup
