I'm laughing out loud. Picked up a large bag of buttons at the thrift store today...they had something sticky on the backs so I'm sitting here cleaning it off of each button...and running my hands through the cleaned ones. I thought I was the only one who had such a fascination for buttons. I blame it on my grandmother's button collection. 😉 I loved all three projects today but my favorite has to be the last one. I’ve always loved buttons! I used take my moms big ole button box out when I was young and play with them for hours! It’s def a texture thing as well as a visual thing!! You’re not odd! Cuz of course… I’m not odd! lol
My grandmother had a huge bag of buttons that i played with for hours when I was young, l still have them and love looking at them.
VIntage buttons are the best.. I love the old tin cans my grandma and mom have. lol So awesome to look at them.. Many hugs and happy crafting!
I have been watching you for a while. I don’t know why I haven’t subscribed?? I’m not really into decoupage or stencils, but maybe because I have never tried either. However, I LOVED todays projects and always enjoy all the “mini tutorials” you include as you craft. So, finally, I am now subscribing. Oh, I love buttons. Thanks for all your creativity.

I, too, love buttons. I’ve spent too much time in fabric stores just looking at them. Nothing like seeing an entire wall of button drawers. A cheap thrill.

I'm a new subby to your channel and I'm glad i schrolled long enough to catch it! Great projects and i kept watching because i enjoyed your humor foremost and your projects were very cute! I loved the last project with the stamped middle section. I love the pink florals and the dangly heart you weren't sure about but it was a nice touch! Buttons!! Yes i have a stash and I'm very stingy with the old pearl buttons! Those are my favorite. My love for buttons stems from my grandmother. She saved buttons and kept them in jars. I didnt realize i liked buttons, but today i paid $12 for a jar of them at Walmart so i must love them 😂...very cute crafts as always!!!

I call that design gingham as well. The funny thing about Gingham and Buffalo Check is they are both checked. I liked your first craft it was cute. I know when I do crafts, I always am surprised how much time actually went by, Yes, I agree with you with just the 2 frames together your craft looked good. But, you are right you cannot omit that cute little button heart. In the end. your craft looked great! I did like how you put that smaller frame on a diagonal. Well, to top it off you added that little heart button, NICE TOUCH! Oh, it is funny how you talk about placement but I do the same thing, put it one place, stand back and look at it, move it to another place, stand back look at it etc,,, Finally when you 'KNOW' then you leave it. I liked that paper, to me it looked antiqued and Victorian, very pretty. Oh girl, I was a Trapper Keeper owner myself back in the day. I am right there with you. Your heart turned out great. It is very pretty.

i am the same with buttons. i keep mine in a big mason jar and i just like to turn it over cause i love the sound. It's calming 😁 i also had a lisa frank trapper keeper!! i saw one at the store this past back to school season and i almost bought it.

hello. Newbie here. I love watching your videos. You are very creative and explain everything so nicely. Quick question regarding the white wax. Does it dry at all or does it leave a waxy texture? Thank you for your time ❤
Welcome and ty for joining me here! The white wax dose dry.. anywhere from a couple hours to day depending on the time of year and ur climate but it dose dry completely for me.. You can then buff it with a towel or paper towel if u want a shiny finish .. i prefer to keep it matte. But it is a very very good quality wax.. oh im not sure actually.. Its in my Amazon shop I know and I been using the same one for about 5 yrs now.. Its yellow. LOL then i also just recently bought a black and green Surebonder precision tip one, its been good for a few months so far, but the yellow one Ive had for years..
