It's totally insane imo. The Prekestolen are extreme high and there's no fence. If the dogs gets spooked they go over. Not only that, other people can get afraid for whatever reason and can fall. So much room in Norway and doing this?
please do not use it on asphalt road!! it is killing the dogs paws. people please do not run your dogs on asphalt road. not when you are going for a good running. especially not fast or long running! their paws will get wound and bloody. their paws built for nature activity.
