Absolutely brilliant video. I was like you up until a few years ago, focused on the mid-70s to the late-80s in hardware. But if you do that you ignore the fact that Jobs returned to Apple… and the iMac happened. I am in my mid-50s and I have always hated the iMac. Until I got one. And wow, wow, wow. In really life, it’s amazing, which inspired me to look at the lampshade Mac, and the trash can Mac, etc. etc. the portables were even better, with the amazing iBook introducing Wi-Fi. So in short, when the PC entered the dark ages of beige everything, I could kick myself that I laughed at Apple and ignored them, when now I marvel at what was going on during that period, after Jobs rejoined. But it didn’t last long. Now all Macs look the same. Honestly, get an iMac in Bondi Blue and then ask yourself if your interest really stops in 1992. :-) Loving your work.

Out of the three you showed I have the A1200 two of them both upgraded alot. As weli as my Spectrum Next Ks2. I have had a go with the Acorn in emulation.

@@johnwiesen4440 I saw how far you can go with the 1200, PiStorm etc but felt I might as well use emulation if I’m going to bare metal a soft cpu into it. I want to experience more of what it was like bitd. This will probably remain as is, which hopefully will keep me entertained :)
