@@armadillo31 razor is a child, and is also clearly not romantically interested in anyone seeing as he's already confused about his place in the world. Not to mention the two of them hardly know each other and only met a single time, much like Aether and Keqing who've canonically barely met each other and have no friendship.
Amber and Aether on the other hand are actually close friends through the canon story and have a good relationship already, which is why the ship actually makes sense and is realistic.
