It is in Alpha and playtests occur every week. There is one due to kick off today. Get onto Steam and wishlist Tribes 3: Rivals to get access and enjoy some Tribes fun again. You can keep up to date on the 'Official Tribes 3 Server' on Discord too.
game needs better weapons honestly, its 2024 and sure the nestalga is nice but gawd daum, there is no threat to playing, no need to check behind you, its way too relaxing.
It WAS fun! I am loving this game so far. It is shaping up to be a great addition to the 'Tribes' genre. Next week it will be Early Access on steam, so servers should be up 24/7. YUM!
Jack, don't worry about your ability, the next test should be this Thursday night USA time. There are public servers where you can play without expectations and just have some fun roaming around, getting used to things again. Try it out, you might be pleasantly surprised. The disc's are a lot faster to Ascend too.
@@gredwa appreciate it, but after my main laptop shorted out back in December, I've been playing on a craptop and I don't see myself being able to run it. I'd definitely like to though

This looks great. Used to play ascend as a kid, I'm tempted to try 3 but I'm probably still hopeless, if not worse.
