I try to consume a lot of materials from youtube, podcast, book etc but find myself exhaustive of consuming too much..I am so desperate to extend my realm of growth mindset but getting too tired. I guess I need to change strategy of learning

Only listen in the car, other time apply in your life, work, business, do not get too academic...follow your heart, intuition, inner voice...

I can see the traps that individuals have to overcome professionally when in a path to achieve success professionally. Now, I think that when individuals start comparing themselves to other individuals is when their own professional goals will begin to weaken and thus they will be dependent on the individuals that they are comparing themselves to, since they are only to be thinking about those individuals 24/7, thus being trapped in their career professional goals. Interesting mind set trap, I guess the KEY 🔑 would be to learn how to calibrate out of traps to eve even more self successful professionally. Thanks Dr. Grace another so good therapeutic chat! 🥰✨💎

"Embracing anti-fragility means welcoming new challenges, understanding that success or failure isn't the endgame, but rather, the ultimate goal is continuous growth and learning. Failures and setbacks serve as superior teachers compared to success." - Dr. Grace Lee

Your material is so nice but I am feeling you are speaking too fast and if you will explain the point in a more simpler form then it will be perfect .
I really enjoy your videos thank you
