t's a Baofeng BF-T20 here in PH (BF-R5/R5 mini, with slight difference on the outside). Only a few stores sells them here. The most popular of the very same model is the WLN KD-C1 but other companies such as Zastone, Retevis, Motorola and others have their rebranded version of this model.
I believe Baofeng is the manufacturer since you can reprogram it (regardless of the brand) using the BF-888 firmware. Regardless of the brand, it's a great mini handheld with a very good audio quality and a decent range 👍
