When you are giving sample then you can put watermark. Once the order is placed fiverr itself put watermark until the final delivery is accepted. Just make sure to do everything on the order page and not in inbox

Pending Clearance takes few days and after that when you withdraw your money it again take 4-5 days. If you have't recieved any money you can contact customer support.
