Sera really caused so many problems. Adam wasn't supposed to attack Charlie and Hellborns; however, he broke the rules. Sera failed to stop Adam when Adam and his angels were breaking the rules. Sera was supposed to enforce the rules, but she didn't. Emily and possibly others will begin to question Sera.
A lot of people overlook this detail in the finale. Lucifer may have formed his agreement to allow the extermination as a deal. 'Sure, kill them all...just...leave the Hellborn demons alone...' Lucifer was most likely unable to intervene unless they broke the deal first, which is why he didn't do anything until Dazzle died.
@@shadowarchivist2382 Killing Dazzle was Lute's mistake (I hated Lute for that). Adam attacking Charlie and trying to kill her was a terrible mistake. In the first episode, Charlie and the Hellborns were pardon from Extermination, but Adam and his angels broke the deal. This is what Sera gets for leaving Adam and his angels unsupervised. Sera has to deal with Adam's death and Lute being in charge. Now we will see how she will handle Sir Pentious since he's in Heaven as a Winner.
@@shadowarchivist2382 It gets worse. Probably to keep themselves in position should they question too much about Sera’s decision in letting Adam and his genocidal army. I actually find it weird she cares more about them than Adam himself. That and sinners are the reason Lucifer has been depressed. I do look forward to a complex written Lilith. And I think her deal with Adam has nothing to do with the exterminations and be a unexpected thing.
Sera's mistake was agreeing to the exterminations in the first place. She's a holier-than-thou hypocrite who hides behind her morality to justify her own sins. Kudos to Emily and Charlie for calling her out on her self-righteous nonsense.
The Exterminations had probably been going on for about 9000years at the most. And in the series Charlie is about 400. The *only* reason Sera ordered the Exterminations was paranoia. That's it. That's the only reason. And paranoia is not a justifiable or good reason to order the genocide of HUMAN souls in Hell for THOUSANDS of years!
I have feeling that first extermination started seven years ago, think about it, Lilith was preparing demons to fight heaven, and sera confirms that they were uprising, but then comes Adam and he makes deal with Lilith to stop the war and stay in heaven, meanwhile he also tells sera to start extermination to never let demons even think about uprising ever again soo Lilith goes to heaven for seven years and Adam is leading extermination for seven years.
And most likely Lilith never knew about exterminations since she wouldn't allowed it because Charlie herself says that she cared about her people and her kingdom.
Y’all really have not been listening to the lore so far. Adam was the one who begged her to let him do the exterminations. The only reason she said yes is because he said it was a solution. He used her paranoia to manipulate her into giving him what he wanted. She didn’t even wanna do it when he first suggested it, but hells numbers kept rising and it felt like the only option despite how cruel it sounded.

We'll see how much worse Sera's morality will get the moment she saw Sir Pentious get transported to Heaven. There's also a fanmade comic that features Sera being her conservative self and later cutting her hand with a knife, and to her horror, discovering that she is bleeding red blood instead of gold blood as if her actions turned her into a sinner.
