I have a humble suggestion, you should invite Abrar the Wild lens vlogger to your show, I would like to know more about what he is all about and the only person who is capable of conducting a proper interview is you. It will also introduce people to your podcast, I think it is in the general interest of the Pakistani diaspora and there is a genuine audience in other countries as well. I hope you invite him, it will be fun.
There are exceptional cases of bail appeals in the supreme courts. I have assisted a senior counsel in a Bail appeal in Hong Kong's supreme court. It was a bail appeal re an extradition matter. There's plenty of case law on that throughout common law jurisdictions.

It's just not true anymore that the UK has no written constitution. This was the one understanding of constitutions and constitutionalism but the new understanding is that all constitutions are both written and unwritten. There are some parts of the Indian constitution also which are unwritten, and likewise the US'. The UK's has just not been consolidated into one place called "the Constitution" and the UK, constitutionally doesn't believe in judicial review of laws.
