@@ChickenGMD In blackjack if the dealer draws an ace as their up card (some times they do it if the up card is a 10/face card as well). When this happens you have the option for insurance i.e. you bet whether or not the dealer has BJ. If the dealer has blackjack you win if you don't you lose and you don't play your hand.

I guess there are different rules in house.
That dosent make sense, how could she know if she had BJ? Also that would give the player a huge advantage if he knows there can't be an ace.
