it worked! i have a Vi sim and had trouble in activation. So all i did was recharged the sim with talktime balance and although the sms which is sent automatically from the phone on activation of imessage wasn’t sent then, but the next i toggled on and off the imessage button and a msg was sent automatically and it got activated!

I have iphone 11 in that imessages & FaceTime are not getting activated.
It is not activated with Vi postpaid connection but it is activated with same network but prepaid connection.
VI said that all services are activated on your postpaid connection.
I have received messages but I can't send messages to others.
I have already reset all settings. Even have erase all data but still problem is their.

problem was with the balance on my airtel accound, add 10Rs in your account, 4-5 balance was deducted and it get activated, Thanks for solving this error.

Just recharge your iPhone with some main balance according to your country.
Then turn on iMessage & Facetime in your settings.
And you are good to go.
