Shenhe is really good for ayaka or any cryo DPS, she'll only gain more value when more cryo DPS come out. The rotation should be shenhe skill + burst, kazuha skill + burst (burst + skill is ok too), kokomi skill, ayaka dash + N1 + burst (+ skill if u want), then back to shenhe skill. You'll get two uses of shenhe skill for ayaka's burst.
