    What strength and flexibility do you need for this move?

      If you have a body capable of light exercise you can learn it! Getting really good at it requires a lot of hip, back & shoulder strength/flexibility but you’ll develop that over time if you start working towards it! 🧪

    When i do raiz , sometimes it really hurts in my left arm.
    i think the fast spin cause the blood to rush to my hand and its really painful
    What can i do about this?
    Someone told me to bent my elbows but it takes alot of momentum from the raiz

      After takeoff, pull your arms into your chest.

      as a beginner, I experienced the same thing when first doing pop 360s. A few weeks after I don't feel that 'numbness' in my hand anymore, just got used to it I guess.

      @@KojosTrickLab I recon it would look like a lay out backflip after the raiz cause if you see how many people perform a raiz they end up doing a layout ending kind of position
      Maybe shosei will bring this to life
