Great bike, it allowed Honda to beat Ducati at their own game, after winning WSBK riders championship 2 out of 3 years and forced Ducati to relent and let the Japanese bike manufacturers go to 1000cc I4s format, of course with air restrictors to balance them out. Honda dropped the RC51 and moved to the 1000RR superbike to match their product line better.
Anything make this hard to ride aside from the torque for a newer rider? It's tempting to pick up one of these machines because they're cheaper and still reliable.
Yes clutch is difficult as well as it’s a hard bike to handle. It’s not impossible for a starter but you’d need to at least have done the basic riders course and be super comfortable with using a clutch

Get a 82 suz. Gs 750 e with the tscc on the engine covers, fast mc. It's vintage enough regret getting rid of mine ,got gs1100
