The song is about all the negative stuff a girl might hear from an over controlling boyfriend. Like how she is dressed, or what she is doing, or who or how her friends are. So many of the lines are them telling you what they have heard "You weren't like this at first" "My style is like what now?" "I don't understand your type and style at all" (the bf would say this) "ring ring where are you, doing what baby? " using the phone to keep track of her and to control her "Smackdown begins" etc.. These lines all illustrate the over controlling nature of the guy and they are SWIPING to the next one, they are done with him. That's the song in a nutshell.

You should definitely react to the album is absolutely great and very diverse. I honestly thought Guess Who was gonna be their best album but they outsold themselves with this one. Also swipe is basically about them not settling for toxicity and moving on.

Some of the comments are close, but I think the meaning of the song is more specific than people are saying. This song is about the confidence girls should have to move on from someone in the modern world of app-based dating. There's no reason to accept this sort of controlling behavior when there are so many options for a new relationship right in your phone.
The chorus:
"Swipe. Swipe. Swipe. Sorry but next." is a reference to tindr and other dating apps. Swiping is how you filter through the people that you want to match with for a date. By the time she's singing this, the point-of-view character in the song has already moved on, and she's looking for a new relationship.
Some other bits from throughout the song:
- "You wanted casting" "How I dress and how I talk is like what now?" these lines are about the other person's point of view in this style of dating. Her partner was treating their early dates like a casting call, rather than accepting and appreciating her for who she is.
- "You weren't like this at first, you're getting more and more disruptive." She was with someone who put on a false personality for their first few dates, but their true colors are coming out. She doesn't have to care, she's confident that she can find another relationship.
- "Ring, ring... ping, ping... You're pushing me but I don't care" the other person is being controlling and constantly keeping tabs on her with calls and texts, but she doesn't need to care because if this person is going to be too controlling for her, she knows she can just get someone else.
- "The delusion you have that I can't be without you" the other person is trying to convince her that she needs them, but she knows that they're delusional, and that she can move on in an instant.
