    Had a pull-up bar, y'all put me on kettlebells, and Mark Wildman got me on clubs. The benefits are unreal

    On kettlebells I don't really like the competition kb shape, its good for 1 arm pressing but i much prefer the vshape handles for pretty well anything else (goblet squats and swings especially). If someone has big hands I would definitely recommend against competition standard kbs.

    You can get a LOT of mileage out of adjustable dumbbells. Also, the amazon basic kettlebells cheap and work fine, i dont see what the cost difference is.
