I sat there listening hard for her lower register (which is really dismal), so thank you. Also her highest belt to date is a G#5 from her instagram cover of Problem (like it's really recent). And now I don't mind!
Can you do a live range of this girl? Because she REALLY holds back in the studio I feel. Especially in her belting register. Great video though~ I've been waiting for this!
You are a miracle worker~ :D Thank you! After listen to literally ALL of Yerin's Instagram mini covers, I'm REALLY curious about her live range! Jimin's too!
I think your review of her voice pretty accurate though I would say she is the best. *Perosnal opinion* I have no doubt as she grows up she will be hitting the highest of notes. Considering she is so young she is very impressive and has nothing but time and to grow and improve. Side note: You could check out her instagram videos for more material. She does some pretty high notes in some of those videos. Though I wouldn't be sure if she has a higher register in those. Just thought it would be something to mention.
When I say not the best, I mean simply from a technical standpoint (although there is arguably no best vocalist considering everyone has good and bad points, even the best). Her biggest issues rest outside of her comfort zone, which she uses a lot especially in Sugar. I do agree that she is very impressive even for her age. Also this is simply for her studio vocal range. Her insta clips do give a lot vocally (including her highest belt an F#5), and if I do a live video for her, I would definitely be using those clips.
I personally don't think so. Her lower register is still bad-meh. She is fine up until like Eb5 in her mix, but above that strain for the most part (but that is nothing new for her), even though she has a lot of new upperbelts. Upper extension still primarily falsetto, but nothing to really get fussed over (although i do think she has a couple of head voice moments but I'm not sure). Overall, I think Yerin will get better with more time and practice, but as of right now she is still around the same level skillset wise as she was for a minute.
OMG U MADE A BAEK YERIN VIDEO!! AWESOME THANK U. putting it in the kpopvocalanalysis blog

It was one of her short instagram covers so you can only get so much out of it, but it was enough to get two new upper belts.
Cxxlmanproductions It shud be posted on youtube soon like her other ones! F#5 and G#5 yay!

I actually am...I just need to get going on doing 15& Jimin's studio range, and then I I can move on to their live ranges.

She has a really good mixed voice and pretty falsetto, her low notes need work though it’s mostly just air below Bb3
Enjoyed it! Her voice is beautiful, hopefully she keeps improving. Also, 15&'s song 'Can't Hide It' is amazing. Great job!

0:32 is JiMin
The harmonized note (what the H stands for) is Yerin. Jimin is singing the main line, but that is Yerin's voice in the background.
just want to know does she getting better currently?
