Your pricing is usually remarkably accurate with most books going for your estimate with of course done exceeding and some under performing. Interesting question overall about the market. My guess is that we will see some incredible highs and also some amazing deals. Like any market, it’s how much did it cost you to get in. If you are looking to make cash in less than five years, buy in at less Fifty percent of fair market value. If you’re positive you want to hold for a longer you can pay a little more. Risk is hold too long,interest on your holding may wane. So many comic auctions, so many options to buy and sell. Plus remember the baby boomer generation will giving up the ghost at a faster pace. All these fools paying top dollar, then trying to sell a year later. Many blame the comic market, or shill bidding ,when really it’s the fault of poor decisions.
This is basically an estate sale. We will see more and more of these over the next decade. Big books.
