1. 2022 MAMA Awards performance of this song +Maniac is ICONIC.
2. SKZ, again, are masters at wordplay. The pronunciation of "spiderweb" in Korean is like GOT ME. 3RACHA are GENIUSES in their songwriting and beat choices.
3. ODDINARY should have been AOTY. Every single track is a masterpiece. Venom is my #1 track from this album followed by Charmer.

And yes, Venom is a true masterpiece, it's not meant to be sexy "in your face" like Red Lights or Superbowl, but it's even more efficient because of the subtelty.
Now you need to watch at least one live performance of it for the choreo, because the move when they hit the drop multiplies the effect by ten, especially Chan's version... The Mama 2022 suggestion is a good one.

Second now I know for sure you are Han Biased, man you're melting there and I completely get you cause that's me in his part. I love this MV even though I suffer of migrains, so the flashing lights in fact make me a little unconfortable. Fun not fun fact: I watched the VMA's performance wearing sun glasses so I couldn't quite enjoy it, too much fireworks and flashing lights. Anyway I watched in black & white and loved it. My husband has indulged my love for KPOP since 2006 and while he hasn't gotten into it, he does know about groups I've talked about and some songs. I just got into SKZ this year and he just shakes his head with amusement when I carry on about SKZ and plan concert trips and buy albums etc. He bought me lots of SKZ merch for my birthday this year and even installed a software thingy on the CPU so whenever I turn it on, I can see Hyunjin and Changbin (my co-ults in SKZ) shooting heart kisses through the transparent case - it's pretty cool, lol. Then I saw him watching Venom one evening and now, he and my 7 year old are Felix biased. He's already asking when SKZ will be touring next year since he plans to attend with me lol. So, long story short, Venom is his favorite SKZ MV and Felix is his bias

This reaction made my day. 😂 It's actually one of my favourite songs as well from Skz but due to different reasons. You see, I'm someone who can appreciate lyrics a lot and they perfectly described a toxic relationship that you can't get rid of. It can actually mean a toxic addiction as well. (Quiet similar concept and lyrics to "Bite me" of Enhypen) Second in line when it comes to lyrics is Maniac for me. Unique way of describing the effect of toxic society and social standards.
