- Pumpkin Roll - Secrets for a Perfect Easy No-Mess Pumpkin Roll. Nothing says, “It’s fall y’all” like a fresh Pumpkin Roll. You can make a perfect delicious pumpkin roll at home without making a mess. I will show you all of my secrets. You don’t need any special tools or ingredients!
As a bonus you will impress everyone who partakes of a slice of your delectable creation with your incredible baking skills and you will save a small fortune making them yourself. Pumpkin rolls are a perfect dessert for any dinner from family, Thanksgiving to potluck get togethers.
If you are looking for something to serve with coffee look no further, you have found it! You can make these a week ahead of time and store in the refrigerator or you can store them in the freezer for a couple of months. If you freeze them allow them to thaw in the fridge, this will help keep them from getting soggy.

OOPS! Part of where I was mixing the filling was edited out. You can’t see where I added the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. I folded it in with the spatula before I turned the mixer back on, so it didn’t blow the sugar all over the kitchen. Ingredients:
¾ cup All-Purpose Flour
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoons Baking Soda
½ - 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice (Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, Ginger, Allspice)
¼ teaspoon Salt
3 eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2/3 cup 100% Pumpkin
Filling:
1 cup Powdered Sugar
8 ounces Cream Cheese
6 tablespoons Butter

@@TheHillbillyKitchen I am fighting all of those as well, I am borderline diabetic, obese and have had for years edema in my lower legs to the point it hurts to sit up, stand or walk, which makes exercise a huge challenge. I now also have low HDL (good cholesterol) which puts me at risk for heart problems (one way to raise HDL is exercise which is hard to do when you can't walk well or very far. I also have been having a reoccurring infection on the bottom of my left foot that causes so much pain. Dr. gave me antibiotics but its not helping as much as needed. I will pray for you all, God bless everyone who left a comment anywhere on this video, Amen.

I would like to pray for my sister, Denise. She takes full care of her daughter who is severely mentally and physically handicapped. My sister turned 60 this year and was diagnosed with Lupus and has trouble just doing simple movements without severe pain. She is so worn out. I had a friend that was a professional chef one time I asked him what the difference was between a jelly roll pan and a cookie sheet was his answer was "sides" technically a cookie sheet has no sides. I love your recipes. However, what I love most is the praying for others. There is power in prayer and God is on the throne hearing these prayers. I have a sister in law with lung cancer and the doctors said that they have done all that they can do. I would love prayer for my unsaved family and friends. I also have lost several friends to Covid. God Bless you for the inspiration to so many.
Praying for all those with cancer I just had a friend pass away that had Multiple cancers and survived but then she passed away from Brain Cancer 10 days ago. Secondly one of my good friends her daughter has cancer with two young children to raise. Then I found out someone else has cancer all over and 11 brain tumors. Yes these are people that I know or know of. Many young people are getting shot in a town close to me. The evil violence is running havoc. Also asking for prayers for my Husband who needs total deliverance (bipolar and more)

Barbara thank you so much for your comment. This is my granddaughter that has the drug problem but it's still just as heartbreaking. Two years ago this past September she gave birth to a baby girl and she didn't know she was even pregnant. She went to the hospital with bad stomach cramps and gave birth to a little girl. And God has been so gracious there is absolutely nothing wrong with this little one she is such a blessing to us. Which makes this little one my great-granddaughter. Our granddaughter was off of drugs for over a year after she gave birth and then decided one day just to go back on drugs again and she has been back on and ever since. My husband made the statement that for 9 months only God and the baby knew that she even existed and God protected her inside that womb from my granddaughter's addiction and having all kinds of side effects from the drugs that my granddaughter was taking, which by the way was Fentanyl. That little one is a perfectly normal child. She blesses our heart it's just coming through the terrible twos right now. But knowing what could have been she's a blessing she is such a blessing cute as a button and a blessing from God. Thank you again for your prayers. And I'll be praying for you and your son.

In high school, my son was in Speech class. The assignment was to perform a demonstration and give instructions during the demo so that other students could do it later, if they wanted. My son prepared a pumpkin roll from scratch. Another student gave their demo while his was cooking. When he finished, he gave each student a slice. They loved it!

Just found your channel. I'm so glad I did. I made my FIRST pumpkin roll last year using a towel. It had been a trying year with covid and losing my Daddy to it. A short 7 weeks later I lost my Mama. Our nephew Carl is 38 years old. He's been fighting for his life with Covid on a respirator for 20 days. Thank God there has been some improvement in the last few days, but he is still critical. His wife also had Covid, doing much better. They have 3 children who really miss their Daddy. God Bless you all. Prayers for all here.

Oh Becky...I don't know how to thank you!! I have tried several times to make a pumpkin roll...never with much success. I tried this recipe this morning...and BAM!! It's perfect!! No cracks...no leaking...nothing. I am so proud of it. I did spray a bit of coconut oil on the parchment paper...and it did not even stick on the ends. I am so proud of it that I hate to cut it!! Great idea to use the parchment paper instead of the messy towels. I also use finely chopped walnuts and I mix a little cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice with the powder sugar that I sprinkle over the finished roll. Thank you for the prayer list and praying for each other. Our God is so good. He always hears us when we pray .God bless you and all who are a part of this online family. God really loves you and is smiling when He sees His children being kind to each other.

Hi Becky - I've recently found your channel and having been enjoying watching some of the videos and writing down recipes. I have cared for my dad 13 yrs after a stroke. 94 now. He went into a wonderful assisted living with memory care a week tomorrow. He’s doing very well. Wonderful caring staff. They have even FaceTime me and it was wonderful.

At the beginning of this year in January my dad (Dave) was diagnosed with lung cancer, but before he could start his radiation he had to have heart surgery!! My mom (Delores)had to have 2 surgeries on an aortic aneurysm. Now in December my dad has been diagnosed with stage 4 Bone Cancer. My parents have found a home out of state and for the first time in my 35 years I feel at a total loss without my mom. I feel the distance getting to me and I feel as if I’ve lost my mother and she’s still alive. I feel depressed and lost even tho I know this is the best thing for my parents. Please pray for me.
