Listening in 2018. Always listened to these in a shop I used to work in and would try to keep a straight face whilst it was on, failed miserably. So glad I found these. R.I.P Sir Terry
When I used to commute on the train and Janet and John was on I used to howl with laughter the woman next to me nudged me and said are you listening to Wogan too 😂😂❤❤
What talent. Sir Terry, Wogan, Jimmy young, Janice Long, Alex Lester, etc. BBC radio will never be so good again. I gave up listening to BBC when management cancelled live night time broadcasts, and instead played pre recorded guff. They say they had no audience. I’m a night time trucker and adored the Janice long and Alex Lester shows. Shame on the BBC bosses for not listening to those who fund them and pay their wages. I abandoned the BBC many years ago now. They don’t deserve listener loyalty. These days it’s Absolute Radio, more often than not, country.
Bloody brilliant, used to listen to this on my drive to work. Bet the woke (had to look up the word) prats will want it banned. Well sod them.... more of this.. Loved Terry... when Radio 2 was good.. Try Greatest Hits Radio or Boom Radio....
When radio 2 was worth listening to,never will it be repeated.
"Splash out on a decent pair". My God I'm howling here! 😂😂🤣
He was a true star, god bless you Terry

Hilarious thanks Terry
Legend sadly missed
Always funny .
I had to look up the word cobblers.
As well as being a profession which repairs shoes it's also the first word of a cockney rhyming slang "cobbler's awls" meaning balls as in testicles.
How i miss Logan
How they got away with that punchline.
Well hey did.. and thank God, why not...too bloody woke today.. Loved it
