Integrated MYTORQ assembly system EV part assembly

In the video, we helped an EV part manufacturer integrate MYTORQ smart assembly tools with their MES system, position control torque arm, photo sensor, barcode scanner, and fixture.
Here's how it works:
Step 1. Operator places the workpiece in the fixture.
Step 2. Scan barcode and fix the workpiece.
Step 3. MYTORQ smart assembly tools auto-switch to the right program for the job.
Step 4. Workpiece is fixed, and the operator begins screw tightening with real-time monitoring (sequence/torque/angle).
Step 5. Assembly data is saved in the MES.
With this setup, the manufacturer enjoys integrated assembly data, better product quality, prevention of costly assembly errors, reduced scraps, and shorter rework time.
