I lived in Mumbai for 6 months in Powai around 2019. All the gated societies, residential projects are beautiful and clean. The only complain I have is that from everyday Mumbaikars. Apart from iconic places and these monstrous projects, Mumbaikars consider the whole city as a dump. When will you guys learn basic etiquettes ? Can’t you guys take an initiative to clean up the city and ensure its continued cleanliness ? My comment is not targeted at an individual but at a collective level. Don’t want to offend anyone. I have been to more densely populated and poorer cities than Mumbai. They are way cleaner than Mumbai. Even the Syrian streets are way cleaner than Mumbai. It has gone through a war though. It amazes me to think that Mumbai is so filthy inspite of India having a huge well educated youth.
@Yogesh Mishra Couldn't agree more. This holds true for a majority of Indians though barring some. India is a beautiful country. Keep the country clean. It's not the Govt's job. It's the job of the people.
@@kickassguy704 +1 to that but, keeping the country clean is both the government's and citizen's job. But, in India, actually government has took many initiatives regarding the cleanliness of the country, it's just we citizens who aren't being able to cope with these initiatives which has resulted to big failures of the likes of cleanliness initiatives such as swachh bharat abhiyan, etc. although some cities like indore, surat, navi mumbai (which are the cleanest cities of India) have been impacted greatly in a positive way through such initiatives by the government but it is not at all enough when there are more than 7k townships and cities and 600k+ villages in your country so we have a long long way to go.
Don't buy lodha palava property because after purchasing the flat lodha builder start harassing the owner.Buy forcefully recovering the charges to owner otherwise they are refusing owner to enter in the palava society and refuses to also allow tenant.I'm request all of you do not buy lodha palava property, otherwise you are in big trouble.
**Investor Alert: Key Concerns About the Lodha Palava City Project** Investing in real estate requires careful consideration, and the Lodha Palava City project presents several red flags for potential investors: 1. **Dramatic Price Drop**: Property rates for this project have plummeted by 30-40%, indicating a significant loss in value. 2. **Frequent Delays**: Numerous projects have faced delays of up to a year, raising concerns about the builder's ability to meet deadlines. 3. **Post-Purchase Hassles**: Buyers often find themselves entangled in long-term disputes and difficulties in securing resolution after purchasing a flat. 4. **High Penalty Charges**: Both during and pre-COVID, the project has imposed hefty 18% interest charges for delays, exacerbating financial stress. 5. **Quality Issues**: The construction quality has been criticized, with several buyers reporting substandard finishes and structural problems. 6. **Influence and Hidden Costs**: Once invested, recourse against the builder is challenging due to their significant influence. Additionally, hidden charges can further strain your finances. Given these concerns, prospective investors should proceed with extreme caution and consider alternative opportunities with a better track record and transparency.
