Great video Sam, I actually enjoyed the competitive games on try hard Thursdays. I was thinking medusa would win the matchup due to her burst and how twig was strafing
honestly the strafe plus medusa's base move speed is super underrated.
The built in antiheal also nerfed his bancroft typhons when needed, and his dash really let him escape or run down his opponent.
Honestly, its great to see you lose and see you take it the same way i do, i get super frustrated but like you said, thats human! GGs man great video, would love to see more like this one

I never comment on videos But, i wanted to say that game two was so entertaining to watch. High level gameplay gives so much information on what you can and can't get away with. Glad you added it to the video even though it was a lost.
yeah I agree, but I dont think it was that it was explicitly a loss that was upsetting him though, more so that he threw a kill or two that definitely had him winning the game if he didn't. I like that too though because it shows that in an evenly matched high level game one auto can be the difference maker
Hydra's got nerfed from 30% to 25% extra basic attack dmg which means Duality hits the same as Hydra's. The only difference is that you can proc Hydra's after every ability when on the other hand, Duality procs every 3 seconds but you still get the extra damage from the proc items.

From what I can remember, Crimson Claws has always had 50 phys power. Someone who kept better track of the patch notes can correct me on that.
Was great to see you play against Twig again and have a really close match.
Ive been running a similar build on skadi, but instead of beatstick i go soul eater. I use it in joust, i go blue stone but you can just go hydras or defense. Like you said its meant for burst builds and skadi has alot of that.
Duality build
Tbh idk about recent metas but despite medusa being one of my least favorite hunters to play as shes almost always been one of the best hunters no matter the meta. Not 100% sure why wether her scaling is just a tad higher or her ability dmg is just easier and quicker to land than other gods but from my understanding shes always been a staple high tier hunter I've never been super aggressive (tbf i tend to mostly play solo lane due to my friend group preferences covering most other positions) but after 4 years i never managed a penta until a random medusa queue on a whim back in like season 7. Sure that doesn't technically mean anything but ut told me i needed to figure out how to be more comfortable with her because she just wins games lol
Match with twig was top tier gameplay chief

I so want to see a build with: hydras, sais, heartseeker, crusher, duality, o bow.
You get your fat auto attack with hydras + duality, percentage damage with sais + heartseeker on one hit, crusher on your abilities and duality procs, and o bow when it procs. Its a beautiful weird numbies build

@@zackgrainger7510 Yes. It has no defense and is low power, of course its bad. Honestly the o bow could be replaced with something like blackthorn as the first item to make the build a little more manageable. But yes, its a numbies build
so building duality to get an extra crusher proc which is already doing nothing with such a low power build? idk about that one
@@myspicyclips6402 more so for stacking heart seeker on top of sais so that the one auto after an ability is hydras + duality damage + heartseeker proc + sais. The other stuff was just fluff.

At the Oloron match vs twig, cyclopian and toxic were horrible choices that probably cost you the game. you needed more pen via demonic ring, and toxic blade is a bait item, you should have bought divine.

Duality needs pen, add 10 pen make the power 45/50 and if its 50 then bump the price back up to 2750.
Or just remove the attack speee and add 10pen

Duality doesn't need anymore buffs. Quins/Exi need nerfs. There are no bad items in Smite right now, they're just so ridiculously outscaled by the really good items. Revert life steal, nerf percent health damage (Quinns, Soul Reaver, Heartseeker, etc), revert 9.5 health buff, and go from there.
You should try blackthorn first item on ne zha it makes his early game feel so much better
