Ahhh.. I miss rhis Derek.... LOL.. he's still funny and awesome choreagrapher, but here he was actually working really and you can tell that he's loving it... the last two seasons.. I know he's having fun, but he looks like he's just not trying as hard as before..you know... he's like I'm just doing this for the ratings..etc.
