Out of all of the reviews I’ve seen on this Tank I have to say yours is by far the best out there! Also thank you for opening that Cobra Commander everyone else just kept it in packaging instead of reviewing it

This is the best review out there! Well done Mike! I got mine last week. And I think overall its great. I agree this thing needs blast effects. None of the effects I had on hand would fit other than the two mini guns on top. Also I would love just an on/off switch for the lights vs having to click through all the options. Just minor complaints if that.
That’s also a good point, I didn’t think about an on/off option for the lights but you’re absolutely right.
Review extraordinaire. But ending with Yo Joe? You gotta let out the guttural Cooooobraaaaaaa! I have backed six Haslabs (Rancor:always in my heart) and own four Haslabs now with two coming. I bought Sky Striker later after release. The HISS offering is definitely worth $300. I’d say Galactus was worth his $400+. Sky Striker is worth the $225 I paid for. Sentinel is ok. Knees do hurt its value. I’m sure the Dragonfly with the display stand is going to feel well worth its money. I’m happy with my purchase. I have the same nit picks. It’s Hasbro.

Hello Mike this is a great review of the new Cobra 🐍 HISS Tank Haslab project. I hope the Black Series team and Disney are taking notes on how to do a successful Haslab project and make money. And yes I know it's also that many black series collectors have unrealistic ideas about what should be included, and I can be one of those a lot of the time.
I agree with you Mike the larger guns look bad and difficult for the figures to hold properly.
The HISS accessories/tiers look great on the tank and the HISS team figures work well together, an incredible accomplishment for this project. Cobra Commander in his classic uniform looks amazing. I was never able to get the original Cobra Commander when I was collecting Joe figures in the 80's-90's unfortunately, but I did get the mail away Hooded Cobra Commander so that was good.
Man I've been typing comments about something I couldn't back because I don't have enough money to collect these and Black Series.

I really felt I got my value on the Sail Barge as well. It is a beautiful release, and screams premium.
This does make me wish I collected Joe's.
I’m sure if I’d gotten the sail barge, I would feel the same about it.
I'm glad I backed it, but the HISS Tank and the upcoming Helicopter really had me tempted. I love the light effects on both of them.
I really like it! Didn't add decals yet. Don't think I will. Nice review of a nice piece! Be careful harnessing driver in. Bottom restraint is epoxied in at bottom.
I’m having a hard time with the decals. I’m not opposed to putting them on, but I just don’t think they’re necessary.
Holy, that bad boy looks good and beefy. Loved this tank as a kid!

Got mine love it and ordered a HISS tank shirt off Hasbro Pulse.
Backed Transformers Victory Saber, Hiss tank, Deathsaurus and the Dragonfly. But I must say out of the 3 out, the Hiss Tank is the best. So far. I got high hopes for the Dragonfly. I will not back the RID prime figure since I am not of that generation.
I got most figures GI Joe put out. And didn't get some that I wasn't interested in. But man the tank is so gorgeous and it's a solid center piece that you kinda need. Up till now a hotch potch of vehicles like a couple of Trouble Bubbles and Serpentor were the center. But now it's the Hiss and it takes center stage like a king.
Thank you for an honest and fair review, with rare exceptions all I see these days are fanboys drooling over plastic. I opened one of mine yesterday and came to similar conclusions.

Great review, my wife doesn't care about any of this stuff either haha. Im very curious as to what they may create for the hitch and the other ports and such "future proofing", open possibilities for alot

I bought the HISS tank just for the Cobra Commander figure. I’m not even opening the HISS tank. I bought the Dragon Fly just to get my favorite Joe Rip Cord. I don’t plan on opening that either. Every HasLab is going to be part of my MOC collection.
