The Yankees want you to look a certain way. You can't be who you really are. The Yankees organization is way behind the current times when it comes to young adults. Players know it and that stops them from wanting to be part of the Yankees team. The Yankees organization is too formal & stuck in its old ways. The Mets have arrived with Cohen taking the helm and direction.
